Question by traci S: What happens if you are charged with a felony while on probation?
My son is a drug addict. He was charged earlier in the year on 2 felonies, but they were reduced to misdemeanors and he was given probation. He was recently arrested on burglary charges. Will he finally go to prison? We live in Alabama.
