(WYMT/WSAZ) – Emotions were running high at Tuesday's meeting at the Boyd County Fiscal Court. The fight is all over a proposed Recovery Kentucky drug rehabilitation and recovery facility which is set to be built right next to the Cedar Knoll neighborhood.
